Great! This is a very welcome change. Thanks for passing on our feedback @QueenB, and to @HM100 for the initial headsup.
Hopefully at some stage this logic will be carried through as regards the chocolate box. The word ‘impossible’ is bandied around a lot in here, but one of the few things that are actually, literally impossible are ‘new level’ tasks when you don’t have any available.
But for now I’m just glad about this development 👍

Hi @Samp1991 QueenB one of the Community Managers is definitely human and works for King. I believe QueenB plays CCS every now and again but probably not at the higher levels. But after reading many posts it's not just levels at the end of the map that are impossible to pass without lots of boosters or gold bars for extra moves. The main problem is we give feedback, some of which is passed back to the developers, but we very rarely get feedback ourselves on our feedback, to know if anything is being taken into consideration. And when someone who works for King gives an answer, they have to be careful what they say. That's why there are many of us who stay in the Community to say how it actually is.
Yes I guess there are many levels that seem familiar, especially those where we have to get the keys, then the skulls, then the mall-o-matic to get to the citrus chew, multi layered blockers etc etc.
It has been asked that the level team take videos of playing some of the impossible levels, to show us how they are meant to be Sweet, Fun, Relieve Stress, but we are still waiting for that to happen. I think they've tried and it's stressed them out so much, they've stopped playing 🤣
The Community needs more players to keep giving their thoughts, opinions, experiences, so please stick around 👍

Hi @islandGirl75 You are right that it's very different this year, but this probably only is so in the first three of the six rounds , or "stages" as the game calls it. These first three rounds seem very easy to get through and I'm not even sure if the other players are playing the same leaderboard as ourselves.
However once we get to the final three "stages", the final knockout rounds you are more likely to see 50 players per board and strong players who keep going for hours to try and win, much like you experienced last year. It's what happens when there is a cash prize. You are quite right to take it all in your stride and neither get stressed about it nor spend any money. It's very difficult to beat 10 million other players all wanting the same prize!
