Re: Levels are not syncing across devices - Edited by CM: Issue FIXED!

I got your post that syncing issue was fixed but it's not. Still showing starting level on one device and 5 levels up on the other. Both are android, phone and tablet. I restarted phone, cleared cache, no help.

How do apply to work for candy crush customer support?

It seems it takes them over a year to not even fix one of the most basic problems with them game like choosing your own friends when the game is called Candy Crush Saga with Friends but in that year they onlypost that they are working on it. I would a job that. I’ll just tell my boss I’m working on that and it seems at least for one year I’ll still be getting paid for lying to him and thousands. How do they sleep at night? On a candy pillow? Maybe they don’t have any friends and so that why our friends our random. I’m sorry little boy or that nobody picked you first in dodge ball as a kid. But most of us would like to pick our own friends. Just a thought!

Hi @SApple2 the function of receiving and sending life is not very stable. When I run out of lives and request some from my friends, I very rarely get a life as a gift. Unfortunately, you can't claim lives from your team.

When I get my daily bonus and still have all the lives, I always send some. But I have no knowledge of whether the lives will arrive.

Since this feature is in great need of improvement, we have developed ideas for it and are collecting votes for the studio to implement these ideas. You may also be able to add your voice:

Well, this is terrible news @Snow_Rider You are correct that players have worked hard to collect and earn these badges. Wow, one less reason to visit the community… seems there is less here for the players all the time now. Many old time friends are already gone 😒
