On *Supersonic Lolly. Here are some notes.
- *Supersonic Lolly Back on 4/1/2021!
- Got it complete, with #1 in tray!
- On *Level 451!
- No *Yellow Bands around Lolly in tray!
- So think we can collect more than 1 now?
But @Werner_Cichy posted above on *Android, about *4 Pieces on the Lolly. So it seems to be different, depending on *Device. My info is below in *Signature.
- *Got 5 Lolly Pieces on *Bake A Cake Rewards on 4/7/2021
- *2 pieces then 3 pieces of lolly.
- *Need to check my *Lolly Tray, see what's there?
- *Now have 2 Supersonic Lollys in tray!
- *I guess with 1 piece left over, for the next one!

Als I you may have missed this but I was actually trying to link that apple link myself to other people with the same problem and recommending the same log out thing so I know. I’ve tried both because after a full week of struggling to send screen shots, I finally got a (still useless) email from someone who finally understood that I HAD complied and sent what they asked but they weren’t receiving.
Also asking for screenshots again but also stating they can’t give refunds and it has to come from apple. If they can’t get my 320USD back regardless of screenshots why was I tortured for a week about not “cooperating” and not “following instructions we’ve already provided” (when again, I already had, 50 times, and explained that I had through new tickets 50 times but that they weren’t getting through)? Why not state, from the START, that the overcharges had to be refunded by apple? What is the POINT of screenshots if they can’t do anything anyway? I bought a special sale, it wasn’t like I was going to get it 9 or 10 times, it’s supposed to be offered once and go away. They knew from the initial ticket what kind of sale it was, I explained in detail what happened; it was the bundle offered after the second boss. I also more recently got an even more frustrating email after they finally got the stupid screenshots asking what I wanted them to do because I explained that I asked for refunds for the overcharges in the ticket that I finally got the screenshots through with. I’m hello???! I want the items I paid for?? I EXPLAINED that I only asked for refunds from apple for the EXTRA overcharges, so 8 out of the 9 times I was charged, and the log out thing still has not worked for me. I’m sure they’re going to claim since I was refunded I won’t get the item — but I only asked for refunds for the overcharges. I TOLD THEM this. I just want the items I paid for, and a functional method to get them back. I’m sick of this and fed up.
Nothing about this is excusable, and frankly the only reason THEYRE so swamped is because this game is not ready for release. These bugs and basic functions should have been addressed before release, and some of them shouldn’t have to be recommended by customers. It’s basic respect for customers’ money to mark what items have already been purchased, like skins, or to create confirmation screens for purchases that require gems, not some amazing new idea. Anyone developing mobile apps should know touch screens and freezing games or lag or any number of things can result in unintentional taps or clicks, and if you’re not dishonest and hoping to steal from people who don’t MEAN to buy, you implement failsafes. Again, this is KING. They had every opportunity to know and do MUCH better.
Why am I being cheated out of points on the challenge
When I am playing against someone many times I have noticed that my points are not increasing for the whole game. Why is this happening?
