I'm sorry, I'm a novice, but I figured it out. I've only just been able to add the correct link address. Thank you for your understanding and helpfulness. Yes, I've been playing on PC, Chrome browser, and via Facebook for years. Thank you in advance for your reply. However, please excuse me for seeing your reply late. I've been dealing with this problem for days, and it's really worn me out. The game owners are, of course, responsible for this. Encountering such a ridiculous problem has been a very unpleasant and frustrating experience for me. I also want to mention that I used a translation tool for this.

This time I managed to get the relevant topic and explanation I was referring to. But even though it's Candy Crush Friends Saga, the same situation applies to Candy Crush Saga, and my problems is about Candy Crush Saga on Facebook PC.

However, as you said, I don't need to add my player ID; I already receive an email notification, but it's entirely automated, unfortunately. This is a problem on their end. Because they only shared two streams in February 👉 (https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/581599/disappearing-events-under-investigation?tab=accepted#latest) saying they were trying to fix it. It only started happening to me recently. There's still no fix. Edge opens, but it can't run the game; it crashes and freezes. It's incredibly slow. Should I request a manual fix? Is that exactly what you mean? They keep telling me things we already know via email. I can't find anyone to talk to. Yes, I've written to that dialog box you mentioned countless times. No one is giving a proper response. No one has solved it for days. I'm trying to maintain my streak with Edge for now, but it's unbearable. I even reported it to Facebook. I even gave feedback to Chrome. The result is a fiasco.

Seeing the countdown timer on the Chocolate Box is reassuring because I was having problems sometimes. Therefore, adding a countdown timer on the homepage, in addition to having it in the events section, is a great advantage. Because the events section only showed the days; there was no countdown timer. And it was difficult to predict when it would end. So I had problems many times. But it's still not possible to have all the events open without any problems, without playing any old games. This problem persists. I have no other ideas about the rest. By the way, I still haven't been able to access my game progress. Facebook Chrome PC. I've tried everything you know and suggest. I'm experiencing this pointless problem for days. Please return my progress and fix it urgently. This triggered the reward machine and my other event processes. Therefore, I am experiencing a great deal of disappointment. FIX IT IMMEDIATELY.

I can’t open those links on my phone so I will reply to you in the morning when I am back on my computer. Are you talking about the Edge browser? I have never used it. Are you doing this on your computer? Do you have Windows? If so why aren’t you playing through them? I will write you more in the morning ok?
