Hello Candy Crush Support Team,

Since updating to iOS 26.3 on my iPhone 17, my Spotify and Audible audio stops completely every time I open Candy Crush Saga. The audio indicator disappears, and playback pauses immediately, even when game music and sound effects are turned off.
This issue did not happen before and seems related to the game taking exclusive audio control.

Please advise if there is a fix or if an update is planned to resolve this issue.

I can no longer listen to podcasts or YouTube videos while playing Candy Crush. Who's going to sit there and play Candy Crush without multitasking and doing something else? What is happening?

about 3 days ago I lost the ability to listen to audio books while playing Candy crush. It’s driving me insane because I always play music or listen to books while playing. Now whenever I open the app my audio immediately ends. Are you able to fix this?

I know this issue has already been known but my question is when will it be fixed?

When I play Candy Crush, it stops the music I'm listening to on the France Inter app.

All the sounds are muted in Candy Crush, though.

have always listened to my own music/book when playing game but this stopped working 2 weeks ago. I have iPhone and have not changed any settings

My Samsung mobile has the above-mentioned issue, I need to press 'play' again after opening the game, yet, the music stops again when press 'x' after viewing an ad to back to the game, so annoying!

Tried to uninstall and reinstall & checked any way of the audio settings, yet no use at all, the worst is that all the received lives and boosters are lost after reinstalling, really frustrated.
