Hello I ran out the multiplier would you help me please and I am gonna lose the game

Up to this week I could play my levels on any of my devices. Now when I progress they are not synching and only move forward on the device I am using. Also the levels won are not recording and my weekly total remains at zero. Why is this happening?

on king account im at 13293 level and when i connect my game with facebook account im at level 11

there is a problem in syncing a game kindly can anyone help me i want to continue my game with facebook account im at level 11 but there is syncing problem going on in a game although im at 13293 level

Your multiplier should appear just below the leaderboard during the round. If it’s not showing there, the most likely reason is that it has already been used in previous rounds. Once all multipliers are used, they no longer appear in the game.

That said, if you’re still in the tournament and you’re absolutely sure you didn’t use them, it’s worth having our Player Support team take a closer look at your account. You can contact them directly from the game:

• Open Settings (the cogwheel icon)
• Tap Account & Help
• Tap Help Center
• Choose any topic and scroll down
• Tap Contact Us

They’ll be able to check what happened in your specific case.
