I am sure that level labels do NOT accurately reflect difficulty @christinewupp. This is more noticeable in my main game, where labels get messed up every Wednesday when new levels come out, and every week they get messed up in a different way. This week, many Hard and Super Hard levels popped up in the middle sections of episodes, and one of my go-to levels became labeled as 'Super Hard'. Also, the labeling can change upon installing an update or just restarting the game, sometimes drastically. Recently I looked at the episode I just passed and noticed that one previously unmarked level at the start of the episode became Legendary, and one Legendary level became unmarked.

QueenB told me a while ago that the studio is experimenting with labels. I had theories that labeling is now either bespoke or depends on the level range you are currently playing, but recently it became just erratic. I am unsure where they are going with those experiments. Maybe they are trying to make the fact that all the hardest levels are neatly grouped near the end and the beginning of each episode less noticeable. Sometimes it feels like they are adding gaslighting to their impressive array of psychological tricks. I go more by where in the episode the level is located, the board layout and gut feeling than the labels when playing.

Thank you for starting this thread @adodofan ! We never knew about this feature until you complained here about losing it. The truth is I never replay a level that often as I don't have the patience and I use a very different strategy to play. Sadly King do remove help from the game when players keep using the same strategies and help features repeatedly: The game learns what we do and how we play the game. Its bespoke nature means that what we do gets fed back into the game and then eventually the game will stop giving us the help we use the most. It's a good idea to swap between different strategies and that will confuse the game and give us more rewards and easier opponents.
