I need help. I need to recover access to my profile I put my email and my password and it says they don't match then I give recover password I put a new one and it doesn't say they don't match either help

Where did my boosters and bars go?
Anyone else having issues not getting their booster and bars or being able to acess the wheel, or events? I've Uninstalled the app to see if it' helps the glitches but no luck :(
