Not receiving lives anymore from players
Got up today and my message envelope is greyed out and can’t received and lives 😭 I can receive request for lives from other people but can’t receive any for me Anyone else getting this?

Videos / Ads to get extra moves
Why don’t I get the option to watch an ad for extra moves? My boyfriend has the exact same phone, both have our apps up to date and downloaded pretty much same day. Yet he can do it but I can’t?
Problems
Is anyone having problems getting their free lives?? Some times I go weeks without the envelope showing up and then when it does I can’t get my free lives.
