On level 1 I can't do anything what's happening

I really struggle with some levels and can take a couple of weeks to complete, using laptop and mobile. I have noticed that some players zoom by me, are they paying for extras or am I really bad?

Not recording win
I have beaten level 844 multiple times, but the game stops counting my cheese at 35/36 and will not record my 36thtile getting cheesed and advance to the next level. How do I contact someone regarding this?

Hi...help me..i stucked at level 2017.. every time i play in this level, suddenly hang.. i try restart my phone and play it again but when i play, suddenly hang.. might be de bug.please help me.i want to go to next stage. i also try uninstall and reinstall back, but still same..
