Ok, so this was a tricky one! 🤔

🙋 I have been to one Asian city that is indeed called "City of Lakes" so, at first, I thought: "Easy-peasy!". ☝️ However such city could not possibly be the home to more than 7 million people for it is quite crowded already mainly due to its very stark fortresses and walls. 

So, 🤓 after further research, study & consideration 🤓, I believe Diggy is writing from ⤵️
