As a community mgr, what can you do? Is there someone from the company who takes care of the gamers?
Hello! Since the game Farm Hero I cannot connect to King. always gives connection error. I have tried again and again and it is impossible. I can't access the messages or anything.

If you follow uninstall and reinstall any King's Game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.

Hi @poiu123 our CMs do a lot to help the gamers in the community especially if us superstars and game experts ect.. are unable to help with an issue we would then raise it with our CMs who have different authorities to enable them to take different actions. So please respect us as we all will always do our best for our gamers. 👍🙂
not sure what your comment of respect means. I just would like to get an answer from a customer support since I was a paying customer.
I don’t find it helpful to be presented with links to FAQ’ s and comments such as to respect you and everyone. There is a lack of respect towards me from King since they could not be bothered to care for their clients and leave this care to the community.
i know that I can stop the game and whatever else, however, I feel I would like to comment and receive respect.
I think what @KimElston is referring to is that us/me the Community Managers have a lot in our plate and we try our best to helps as much as we can, there is a lot we can do as a CM 😉
Do you happen to have the Ticket# from Support which I try getting some info from and see if I can help in anyway?

thanks for your answer. The point is that I cannot get to the point to get a ticket. There are just links to here. Then other links are being posted by members.
Not helpful at all. In my case, the boosters are not being recorded.
