Hi @catking what game is that? It might be that the studio stopped creating levels using Flash which is what king.com uses. Adobe is not going to be supporting Flash after December 2020 so the games are all going to switch over to HTML5. If you tell us what game it is then we can get more information for you.

I am going to tag @Lynette who is a Superstar and she plays this game. Maybe they switched over to mobile for newer levels but she can tell you more about the game than I can.

Hi @catking ,

I'm sorry to say that your problem is because you are playing the game on King's own site and they have not updated the games on there to HTML5 yet (They do say an update is coming but we don't know how long)

To continue playing you can play the game on facebook or download the app on Windows 10 on computer, or on any mobile device.

If you need help or links to do this just reply here with what device you will be playing on and we can help 😊

@ShannaSkywolf This discussion is extremely helpful for people with low vision. My vision is not perfect too but it is at least this good that I can survive with normal glasses with a low lens number. My left is a bit weak but right is completely fine.
