I need help please
Hi all I have created this new discussion title in the hope it will stop the problem of some in the community saying they are not being responded to. This could be as I am seeing more often that when you are in a certain discussion a unrelated question gets asked. I know it can be difficult to get around and find relevant discussions but the last thing we want is for your request for help getting missed. That's why I think one discussion labelled you need help will be more useful to the community and the experts and hopefully help you get the support you need as the relevant experts can be tagged to come and help you

Hey there 👋
I never realized how difficult it would be to get assistance with an issue. But every time I win boosters I never actually receive any of them!! A prime example is the chocolate box. Every time I finish all four rows of a chocolate box I get timed boosters. It says congratulations then I click on them and I go back to my game but they're not showing up! And it's not just one time, it is doing this consecutively and that's completely unfair! But for the life of me I cannot get it assistance with this issue so can someone please help?!
