Candy Crush Saga level 1700

I've been playing Candy Crush Saga for years, and am disappointed that Game 1700 goes nowhere. It's impossible to even make one move toward the goal. I've played several games over and over and have not made one move to completion. It's basically a waste of time. What's up with that?

This is not a easy level and it may take time for the right game board to set up for you. Some boosters may also help.
