Skipping levels

Hi I’ve had candy crush for a while now and I’m logged my Facebook. The app keeps skipping levels each time I get on and doesn’t give me the chance to even try. No one else has my log in info and I’ve deleted and downloaded the app twice and it still does it. Any help??
