Oh thanks @mercerik , reading your comment I understood how to find the value of cocoons. It is not to mislead us, but quite the opposite, it is so that we understand that two roses have the same value as a sunflower, with which the rosebuds are worth half. Now i have my answer
2 + 2 = 4
4 + 4 = 8
4 + 4 = 8
6+6= 12
2 x 4 + 6 = 14

As a response to your comment. The second row does not have a bearing on the Final Outcome. There is no number attached to it so don't lecture me on the values of the Full Blown Roses that sum up to the Sunflower. There is no indication as to how it could lead to the Final Answer.
