Hi @Jaylinn Have you changed over to using a mobile as bubble witch 2 can now only be played on a mobile device and is no longer supported by Facebook.

@Jaylinn we are aware of lives being an issue if players are using Facebook but not aware of any issues elsewhere 🤔
Have tried clearing your cash then logging out then turning your device off and on. Also you need a minimum of 2gig of free memory at all times and a strong connection 👍🙂

I’m having the same issues as others on this thread. I’ve been playing Bubble Witch 2 for many years and have never seen the game not issue 5 extra lives through messages as what’s happening now. It’s indicating (minimum) 50 messages should be there but when clicking on the icon, there are no messages?!? I don’t play through Facebook as I don’t have an account with them. Gameplay on iPad. It’s been like this for at least 3 or 4 weeks now and the frustration is growing; I’m at level 4063 but due to the current issues am finding it difficult to spend time playing and enjoying the game. Please address this and issue an update as soon as possible! Thanks

Hi @Danny_v8 There is your issue as I have explained to others above BW2 is now only supported by playing on a mobile device with a minimum of 2gig of memory free at all times 👍
