Issues on Mobile (Android) device

I have always been playing my game on my mobile and very rarely I will play on my laptop. I have been having the below issues and would appreciate it if someone would help:

1. 4+ weeks not Sweet Cinema. This has not been working this whole time. The option is there on my mobile but it won't work.
2. I used to get to watch free videos to gain boosters but this has stopped for few weeks too and have not been able to get extra boosters or extra spins at the end of the game.
3. The music box has also stopped working. Even for some magical reason, it pops up I can only collect the initial first time but then it's gone & no progress is shown.

Sweet Cinema and Ads are bonus features. And like all other bonus features they are not permanent part of the game. These features are awarded on random basis by the system. There is no guarantee that you will always have any bonus features in your game. Please also note that there may be a temporary error also in the feature. So please do the standard troubleshooting by logging out, updating your game application, restarting your device, and finally logging in again and see if it helps you.
