Scams
I saw an advertisement on Sugar Crush for a Stilz saw and I purchased it. When I received the package it was NOT a saw but a chain for a saw. What good is a chain if you do not have a saw? I contacted the vendor ytnetworkte and they say the advertisement was for a chain which I know it was was not. The ad showed the saw and not a chain and said nothing about a chain being sold. They have offered to give me 2, 3, 4% of my money back and I have refused I feel that these companies should not be allowed on your site so they can scam people . And of course they are in Hong Kong so they feel that they are untouchable which is wrong. I would like to see King put a stop to these scammers .In these hard times where people are out of work and money is tight, people should not have to be worried about a purchase that is advertised on your site. One would think it would be a reputable seller ??

I understood that you've purchased an item from seller that advertised in King's game and it's unfortunate that you have not been getting the exact item purchased. I hope you are able to sort out the issue with the vendor as I think King is merely letting these vendor use their platform for advertisement but I'm not sure the actual mechanism involve.
However, your invaluable feedback that such advertisement may deemed to be from reputable companies if being advertised in King's in-game site. Hence, I will pass your feedback to our Community Manager and Studio to review this area.
