Lost boosters

I love pyramid solitaire saga, but yet again I have lost all the boosters I had, this happens too often and spoils my enjoymen of the game

Question: How did you lose your boosters? Did the game crash or what happened? Please search for the update and clear the cache. Unfortunately, it does not work on a Window 10 app. Please play a level and it could be back. Sometimes it is like that when you enter the game you can't see everything at the same time. I'll give you the game host and she'll help you further.

I have brought this problem to the studio’s attention. I am awaiting the answer to this problem because you are not the only one who has lost boosters. It’s probably a glitch or bug. Hopefully it will get sorted out soon. 💕👍

Welcome to our community @lizbeth4! If you are playing your game on a mobile device any updates of the game or your operating system can cause you to lose them. If you uninstall and reinstall the game you will lose all your boosters and only the gold bars will remain. All boosters are saved just to that device so that you can play the game offline. The gold bars are saved on their server so those in your account will still be available. The studio recommends that you do not accumulate your boosters but to use them as you play the games to avoid losing them. You can read more about it HERE.
