@Elsa The only thing I can think of is a young boy me and my friends who go Trick or Treating and if the Neighbors didn't give us a Treat or would have their lights off because we were not to go to any house unless they had their outside lights on....But if they didn't have them on we would take bar soap or eggs and sometimes shaving cream and decorate their windows really good so next time they should be nice, and not be so cheap and rude for not Treating us since we chanted "Trick or Treat give us something good to eat or you will feel our grief " 🤣😄😂😜

Since then we gave them something to do the next day, cleaning their windows from all the nasty soap and shaving cream, and eggs now they had knew better or if someone gave us a not so good Treat then they got Toilet Paper thrown into their Tree's 🌳 but 🤣😄😂😱 The next year they always gave a really good Treat...🍬🍫🍭 except those who gave us Apples we smashed them in front of their walkways because of all the bad stuff we heard that happened from the old days when real bad people put razor's in fruit and needles stuff like that...Bad Bad Bad...no fruit ever...

In Japan, they have a Halloween Parade in Kawasaki. Over 4,000 people attend from all around the world. There are strict guidelines that has to be followed, and you must apply to participate and pay a fee.
