Hi @wykoon & thanks for the tag@Diamond Lim Christmas cookie baking has been a family tradition for me for many years. My daughter, daughter in-law & my 4 grandchildren gather for a day of baking, music, lots of laughter & fun. I started this tradition 16 years ago when my oldest granddaughter was a year old & every year I fill cookie tins for family members & friends. Here are a few pics
The 1st cookie is Christmas Bark made with GF Graham Crackers, Almond Slices & jumbo semi-sweet chocolate chips. An easy recipe & a family favorite!
Pic 2 are snowballs which are an NL, East coast of Canada traditional cookie. I make 9 dozen each year.
Pic 3 are GF Rice Krispies, a simple treat for the younger bakers to help with! 😉
Pic 4 are Mice cookies & a recipe that I created! They are a peanut butter, Rice Krispy cookie rolled in melted parawax & chocolate! A huge family favorite & I make 9 dozen each year!
Many severe food allergies means that I can not eat any of these delicious treats but filling cookie tins for my family gives me so much joy at Christmas! 🎅🎄🍪
