They are experiencing a temporary connection issue which is affecting many of our games at the moment.
This issue may give various connection errors with events, purchases, video ads or connecting to your game account (Facebook and King account).
They are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

If you made a purchase and didn't receive your purchase because of this connection issue, you should receive the items automatically when the incident is over.

If you have any game questions at all, I am going to add a link here that will open up as an Excel spreadsheet. On the left you will find your game and then scroll across to where you would like to go. For example, do you have a game issue question? Then click on your game Support link. Would you like to meet other game players that play the same game as you? Then click on the Discussions link. Don't forget to check out the current contests for your game for a chance to win some free gold bars for your game.

Welcome to our community @matty1968! As @Diamond Lim explained there was an issue connecting your game(s) but it has been resolved now. Do you have your progress back? Hopefully you are playing through Facebook or King as they save your progress on their servers. Please let us know if you are back to your level.
