Why do I not receive tickets when I rank up?

How about you try these steps here 👇😊

1. Open the game

2. Select Profile

3. Select Log Out then Close the app

4. Reopen the app then Log back in to your profile and finally Open the game.

Also check that you have a stable internet connection or a strong WiFi signal. You might want to see if your Internet Service Provider is experiencing any current issues.

If it's still not worked from above steps, how about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope you can receive your tickets from feature. 😊

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.

Thanks for asking that question. Are you referring to the mastery rank in Jelly Saga, where you get ticket after you've ranked up? Aside from the suggestions given by our Ms Diamond Lim, please also check that your app is of the latest version and update it if it isn't. Further, please make sure that your phone has at least 2GB storage space to ensure that the app can be updated accordingly.

About the ticket after you ranked up in Mastery Rank, I have to tell you that I never received this ticket, so you have not to worry about this!

@Diamond Lim and @wykoon thanks for your advices, all of them are critical and help for the app to run smoothly on a device, been updated with the last updates and have enough memory for the best function!

However, playing RC every day for the last 2 years, I never received a ticket from Mastery Rank rank up! I also don't know anyone who did so!

I believe that this RC ticket is mostly something like an "announce" for prizes in the future, I don't know more!

It is possible for me to miss something, so I tag @NamTruong2001 for his opinion about this! 🙂

You only get a new ticket in Mastery Rank when you actually get the new level,

Example: you have 3300/3360 points. When you reach the point given, you will get the new tickets and the counter will be come 20/3920.

But, due to upgrade issue, the rank-up screen always appears every time you have a new level, so looping screen only gives you refresh live instead of new ticket.

like you have 20/3920, Rankup appears, then you only get lives and the bar shows 70/3920.

Thanks @NamTruong2001, I knew that you could know about this, so there is a possibility for someone to get a ticket! I am going to keep this info! 😃

But, there is another detail: e.g. I have 55260/67350, reach 67350 and I get the ticket ...on Monday, or on another day, but before I enter into event, or during an 24 hours ticket! 😎

I suppose I get nothing! 😁

P.S. A notification that we received this ticket could be welcome (if there is not already any).

I also suggest for this ticket, not to be lost if our bank is full or we are playing 24 hrs unlimited!

The notification I have in mind could come as a popup when the system detects that we have less than 5 tickets! 😉

Of course I speak hypothetically, but this could be also a good idea for "ideas" area!
