Hi @Elsa such an interesting subject for sure. 😀
I have a lot of different sleeping problems. I am sleep deprived because of chronic pain that keeps me awake at night tossing and turning to get comfortable. I also have sleep apnea and that requires sleeping with a breathing machine because I stop breathing and also my saturation drop’s too low ( that’s the amount of oxygen in your blood, it should stay at 100%, mine can drop in the seventies)
I also found it very interesting what @Colleen12 mentioned. I have had that experience quite a few times and it’s very scary, now I know it’s because of sleep paralysis, I had never heard of that, there’s also that feeling that someone is sitting on you, very creepy. Thanks for the info Colleen 😊

@Nat09, our spiritual friend! Let me send some positive vibes your way and maybe the next time you will have a sweet angel come instead. Or I could send Tiffi or Jenny, our superheroes, to get rid of those negative dreams!
I have heard about the sleep paralysis and I hope that doesn't happen too often for you. I am far from a sound sleeper too, tossing and turning all night long.

Welcome to our community @Macaye. We only use English in this area but I have translated your Spanish message into English .......... Well candy crush games keeps me awake. If you prefer to only use Spanish I am going to recommend that you visit the Spanish Corner where you can converse with other Spanish speaking players, as well as the Spanish Ambassador, @hechicerilla.

Hi @Elsa
In Japan they have pods where you can rent out so you can get a “Power Nap” in while working. I love taking power naps because you only sleep for 15 - 30 minutes and you feel refreshed. It really does work at least for me. 💕👍
Thanks for the tag @Diamond Lim 💕
