Dear @wykoon I have really enjoyed everyone's own healthy drinks, recipes and pictures on your thread and the opportunity for a diverse art challenge, I hope other players may try kefir, I can't rate it enough π€ Just a note/warning, I once added fresh pineapple to my kefir to ferment, it went nuts over night and it had completely exploded all over my kitchen by next morning! π€£π€£

Nice, I love coconut water. It's good to cool down the body esp during super hot day. I know you can't make them π€£unless you buy the fresh coconut and knock out the shell to get the juice. But you can still post the pic where you add on some fresh lime or other ingredients to elevate the taste ππ

To me there is nothing any better in the summertime is summertime just to sit on the back patio and drink a black cherry smoothie the way I do this when the cherries are in Then I pick them I have about 2 Vines I take one 1 cup of cherries Pit Them take a cup of Vanilla Ice cream about a 3rd cup of half And Half put them in the blender and mix them together and boy you can't get a more Refreshing drink i That since they only Ripen once a year I think I can drink 5 or 6 A-day.

Not drinking it but walking through a bunch of it as it grows in abundance here as it grows everywhere....you can't walk through the woods without getting stung by the sticky pointy ends of the plant as we call it "Needles Plant " or "Needles Thorns Plant " although there's no thorns but just a stinging from when you rub or scratch from where you brush up against these plants....in the older days Farmers would use them to burn them to keep flying insects off their crops and others used them for Medical purposes, and others put them in food.....goes to show anything can have several purposes....myself they grow everywhere and I can't seem to get rid of them they keep coming back even after I use approved weed killer on them they just regenerate over and over again and again.....nothing bad....
