Here are my ingredients for today's smoothie..not the whole bag of fruit though

What type of yogurt do you use

Time for my entry.
Recipe:
8-10oz yogurt, I use a fruit flavor and plain yogurt in even amounts
2 8oz protein drinks prefer vanilla
2 raw eggs
1 each of celery, carrot, jalapeño pepper
Today because I felt I needed iron I added some beets
I use 2 apples and 2 oranges
3 guava fruits
6oz frozen berries
Usually add 2 banana and 1 cucumber but I didn't have
4 oz Cherry cranberry juice
While juicing the veggies my juicer decided to stop so therefore the whisk. Nothing like little extra elbow grease to start the day. And what's a bit chunkiness but a few treats.
Blend, or in this case, whisk it all together and there you have it

The easier to make is Orange Juice...no sugar to make it healthier. Add more taste by adding sour plum and to make it cold...pour in some ice cubes.

My refreshing drink:
Mint tea with some lemon juice.
Fresh mint
Water
Some lemon juice
Honey or sugar if you like
Boil the water, mint in the glass, pour the boiled water over it, a dash of lemon juice and optionally honey or sugar. Relax and drink 😎
