I do not understand this. I play through Facebook and on android phone.. Will my account get affected?

Hopefully we will get a answer I would hate to lose my progress I just want to know if we have had our games progress saved through Facebook the whole time will we still need to sync our accounts to king.com accounts I don't have a king.com account

now my facebook email address is different from the email address i have for king.com so will i still be able to link the king.com games i play via my email address for here to my facebook account which has a different email address the reason i ask is my facebook account is family only no actual facebook friends from around the world the reason i did this was i was i was having alot of problems with my facebook account so i closed it down and did a family only facebook account

If I understand this correctly I will not loose my games or my progress while playing on my laptop with windows 10. I don't have a Facebook account and I very rarely use my phone to play games. Will I loose my progress and collections from the games.
What is a king account? I do know when I install a new king game it will ask me for my personal email and the name I use on my games.
Is that separate from logging into my games. I was hoping to find some information from other players posting on this site. I hate to load my games on my phone.
