Synced Profile to Facebook and lost all gold bars and boosters

Like the title says. I got a popup in the app that asked me to sync my profile to my Facebook, so I did. I immediately lost all of my gold bars and boosters. I had 80 gold bars and at least a few of every single booster, and they're all gone. I tried to log out of Facebook and restart the app but everything is still gone. When I contact customer support I repeatedly get an automated reply. Every FAQ I see says gold bars will be synced and that boosters are stored on the device, but for me they quite literally disappeared.

Very sorry about you lost all of gold bars and boosters after you connected your Facebook Account on game. 😢
So you ask a problem to their Player Support team here and then don't forget to send your Game ID (How to find your Game ID) on game, so I hope they can help and give you your gold bars back on game. 😊
But they cannot help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased (except you have however lost purchased items then you can ask to their Player Support team then they can help and give you purchase items back on game). If you are installing your game in a new device, the boosters and lives in your old device will not be transferred to the game in your new device. As mentioned by the Support team, boosters are stored in the device's system not in the game server, thus if you've newly installed the game in any device, you have to start building up those boosters from scratch.
To avoid wasting those long accumulated boosters in your old device, just utilise them fully in the game before you move on to play the game in your new device.
