I had a win streak going that I spent a lot of money to get there! The game froze and now I haven’t got my winning streak!! Not happy! And why is this stupid page so hard to make a complaint!

As Crazy Cat Lad the Community Manager suggested players for similar problem of Wint Streak :

Something went wrong obviously in your game if the win streak didn't continue even though you haven't lost any life.

If this happens, it is not possible to restore it I'm afraid. You will need to start over again in the challenge.

And please select your game area here then click on Support Area and finally you ask a question about game then waiting for their answer and help you faster and better. 😉

Hi Zoe,

I totally understood how you feel when you have spent your time and gold bars to keep the winning streaks. I was in similar situation before. I have to restart my mobile phone to continue playing but I have to restart building back the winning streak.

In your situation, I advise you to check out the following links. Just click on the relevant one.

The game not working on mobile

• Game freezing or crashing
• Game not connecting to Facebook
• Game has connected to the wrong Facebook account?

The game not working on PC

• Game freezing, crashing or not loading 
• Game returned to old Flash Player version?
