Wife logged into my Apple Device and now accounts are merged

Wife logged into my Apple Device and now accounts are merged. She used her Gmail account and I was using my Apple account to login. Now all is merged and confusing, I dont have my old profile anymore, when I change things on my Apple linked profile, her profile linked to her gmail changes too. This is strange and confusing.

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your account connected.
