Ads have disappeared

I made a purchase ($.99) for the first time many years that I've been playing (at 10300+ now) and suddenly the ads have disappeared for boosters & extra moves. At first I thought that was a coincidence, but after seeing some comments on a post in Jan 2022 I'm not the only one this has happened to. Not a very friendly way to get people to spend $ in the app. Why not make the purchases more desirable...like more options at the $.99 level of my purchase? Now that I have figured this out I won't be spending another dime in the app & it has ruined the fun for me for sure. I might keep playing but it's no fun when it takes DAYS or WEEKS to pass a level without boosters & extra moves.

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉
