Hats disappearing

I get 2 hats but before I get there third, thr first 2 disappear. Anyone else having issues?

    Oops you have posted in the wrong community

    No worries I will reply and have the post moved over to bw3

    With the hats you have to have the timer bottom left with magic liquid left in order to collect each hat.

    The third hat is the hardest to get as it is normally offered high up in your level

    If it has been offered but you haven't got high enough to see it your timer will time out and you start collecting again💓
