The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.

This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.

So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Hello Gayatri,

Yes, the ads can be inconsistent because it is still a test feature. Also, it can disappear and re-appear again through out your game. Thus, don't be surprised if the ads disappear suddenly for a long time. It means that the features are being rolled out to other players who doesn't have it in the first place.

Just continue playing and wait for other test features to be introduced in your game from time to time but do not expect that you will get to enjoy them each time because the test group are randomly selected by the Game Studio.
