Money spent-no boosters received

I've now made three purchases, but haven't received anything. I know my bank account has been charged, but no lives or boosters have appeared in the game. Is anyone else having this problem?

How about you tried these steps (Purchase Issue/Problem) that I hope this helps. 😊
If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you but it taken longer. 😉

And please select your game area here then click on Support Area and finally you ask a question about game then waiting for their answer and help you faster and better. 😉
