Trying to entertain grand daughter on my iPhone. We started pressing buttons and I guess I accidentally or she bought something on CC. I deleted the CC app or so I thought. I get an email saying my account will be closed. I don’t want that to happen. I seldom play CC only Soda for about the last 7 years. I also don’t want to pay for something that I’ll never use. There’s no number to call...what can I do?????

Hello boita, I am sorry but this forum does not deal with refund requests. To get a refund for your accidental purchase you will need to contact the Apple Store.

I am guessing the email your received was from your app store as I think you have removed your payment card from your store. You will still be able to play Soda as you don't need a payment card attached to your app store to play Soda.
If you buy things for your Soda game you will have to contact whoever sent you the email. Does the email just say your account will be closed? Does it not give any additional information?
