My progress is lost

Hello i have lost all my progress, i was connectwd to facebook before but then i got a new phone and i was i did a back up so i had all my levels but didnt conect it to facebook again then i played and got to level 3770 but then i connected to facebook again and lost all the progress, how can i have it again?
