Hey friends!
As most of you may be aware of if you play Candy Crush, we recently had a Summer poetry contest in the Saga forum where 3 winners would go home with an exclusive beach towel (yes, in real life!)
Well along with my friends @Scooterpie and @Loser_, I was also one of the lucky winners selected by the studio themselves!
So I thought that it would be nice to share my prize with all of you here in the Community especially for those curious about what it was. Linked below is a short unboxing video of the special prize: ⤵️

First off, massive congratulations on snagging that exclusive beach towel in the Summer poetry contest for Candy Crush! 🎉
Watching your unboxing video was a treat 🤩 The excitement was palpable, and I have to admit, that beach towel is truly something else!
Plus, the unexpected size of the prize just adds to the surprise factor. 😄

@EOTheGr8 nice! It was like experiencing it all over again! My opening was rather hasty, as we had errands to do and it sat in the vehicle for hours, so very anixious to open the package.
What part of the West Coast are you at? We are bracing here in Florida for Hurricane Idalia which is due to make landfall Wednesday morning. So hopefully I will be able to participate in the community.

It’s always fun for me to do stuff like this and try new things. For this being the first time I did an unboxing video, I think I did pretty good! Thanks again my friend. ❤️
Now I just gotta find a spot to put this big towel lol. I’m thinking of keeping it in the plastic bag nice and folded up (as it came) so it doesn’t get all dusty and messed up. I’ll prop it up somewhere in my room!

I was all excited to open it too! I also was out of the house doing some stuff when I took a look at my doorbell camera and saw the package. I was all wondering “is that it??” and sure enough it was! 😁
I’m out here in California. Last weekend we also went through a hurricane (even though it was more of a tropic storm when it hit us). Though it’s not often that the big storms from Mexico travel all the way up here. But be safe! I’m sure you guys have your precautions over there as you guys tend to get hurricanes and high winds a lot.
