How do I link the King and Community together - I lost my play level which was 6988 back to 1

I found how to link the King and Community together. But when I go to my profile it is not like what is shown.
Last Monday Nov 6, 2023, I joined the King community. When I did this I lost my level which was 6988 and 168 gold bars. I contacted the powers to be as indicated, the only response was about the boosters. I have reached out again to them and no on has answered me. I have been unable to play Candy Crush since November 6. No one that operates the Candy Crush site cares I guess.

UPDATE: Went into Candy Crush game tonight and I am right backat the level and gold bars... Not sure what happened ... but it is good now. Thank you to everyone that may have taken the time to read my post. Have a great evening a a wonderful weekend and keep smiling :)
