Sorry about throwing in one of my gnome animations but I couldn't resist the joke. I don't usually celebrate this holiday but when my son's kids were young my daughter-in-law would fill some plastic eggs and my son would throw them out in the backyard. I loved watching them run around and then opening the eggs to see what's inside. Now they are all in their late teens so I don't think they'll be having an egg hunt. Personally, I'm so not into the holidays this year so I'm just as happy to sit at home.
Do you do anything for this holiday @PrettyBubbles? I hope we get some players to post some yummy chocolate recipes for us.

Well! My parents and I still don't have interested to celebrate Happy Easter Day Event right now. But I still love this season event especially I still love to eat sweet chocolate egg candies when I am a kid and I really still love to eat chocolates so much. Sweet and Delicious! β€οΈπ«π₯π

We have bought eggs for the family and my daughter has gone to town with her sisters and grandsons easter baskets. Other than that we will just have a trifle and a nice roast sunday π

We have potato salad for Easter and barbecue for the first time of the year. The potato salad is homemade with boiled potatoes, boiled eggs, some pickles and sour cream.
Fresh vegetables and some meat are put on the grill.
While my son-in-law is the grill master, our granddaughter will be looking for (and finding) the hidden Easter baskets of store-bought sweets.

We in Egypt celebrate spring by eating Renga fish, smoked fish that tastes salty, served with garlic bread and fried potatoes.

We celebrate Easter. The day B4 we get the kids & grandchildren together and die a few dozen eggs, and we fill the plastic eggs with money for prize eggs. One has 50, has $30, one has 15$, & one has $5 some have quarters. Some have candy. Lol.
We hide them and it's so much fun watching them find those prize eggs.
We Face paint, water balloon fights,
Egg knock, we have a big dinner. It's so much fun!
