Unable to reach the bank
Anyone else having a problem reaching the bank? This started last Friday and I've been unable to reach the bank to purchase anything since then. I'll admit it has saved me a few dollars but I don't really care about that. I've checked all my settings, turned off my firewall and checked my anti-virus. Everything looks normal and it's only the King sites I'm having an issue with. Any help anyone can give me would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome, you can try checking your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in to see if this solves your issue.
If not try while in the game disconnecting your wifi for 30 seconds and then reconnect to see if this helps.
There is a long standing connection issue in the game and unfortunately we have no time frame on a fix for this, uninstalling may resolve your issue as a last resort but you would lose any stored boosters and lives.

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.
