Mine was a purchasing issue, and it never got dealt with in the end because every time I replied to an email where they asked me for more information, nothing happened, then I got another email a day or so later saying that since I hadn't replied they were closing the ticket.
I can only assume that once they had my money there weren't interested in sorting out the problem, since they make it so hard to contact them.
I gave up contacting them after several weeks of opening new tickets every time they closed them and getting nowhere. All it was doing was causing me stress and upset every time I tried to answer an email and they, very obviously, had blocked my email address, so they could claim not to have received my reply.
King don't care at all about Customer Service, they just focus on getting money from players and avoiding the hassle of dealing with problems.

@42320 If you have been incorrectly charged in any games or app, then please report this to the platform who handles all purchases and also have access to your payment details. e.g. Apple, Google, Facebook.

Please note that various purchases in all your games and apps on all your devices may be merged and charged at the same time instead of being charged one by one. You can find all exact charges when you login to your Apple-ID, Google Play account etc.

No, I didn't ask for a refund form PayPal. I was trying to unlock a level in a game that I had paid for a ticket/pass for but got no result in the game. It wasn't a huge amount of money, and it wasn't the refund that was the issue. It was more the principle that King Caustomer Services did nothing but avoid dealing with the issue by blocking my emails after they asked me to provide more information, so I could never respond to their email, giving them a handy excuse to close the ticket each time on the grounds that I hadn't replied.
Frustrating to the point that I gave up - which I suspect was what they intended all along.
If they make it sufficinetly difficult for a customer to make a complaint, the customer gives up and Customer Services don't have to deal with it... or subsequent complaits form that customer.

@Clothsprogs I didn't mean PayPal which is a payment method. I did mean the platform who handles the purchases!
If you play on an iPhone, you will use your Apple-ID and the payment details you registered with Apple to make all in-app purchases. In this case, ask for a refund directly from Apple.
If you play on an Android and use your Google Play account for in-app purchases, please contact Google Play Support.
If you play on Facebook, please dispute the purchase on your transaction history page directly to Facebook.

I think I deal with customer service more than playing all my king games combined. Now the results,they vary quite a bit especially on the royal championship i had thought the issue was fixed and then yet again it started today. Some will go the distance in trying to help while others just throw gold bars at you and hope for the best. While i do appreciate the gold its kinda useless if i cant play!!!
