I saw 6 differences so far..
Missing :
1. The zero or round object
2. No beetle on the second pic.
3. The brown object under the leaves, or is it a lower limb of a cat
4. Arrows for directions.
5. Buttons on the lady's pants
6. The stars .
Found 6 differences so far as far as i dilated my pupils..😜😜😜
