@Anahita_2005 - I love your information on being a vegetarian but I have to dispute the part of "Lower high blood pressure". Vegetarians can have high blood pressure too - due to genetic or eating a diet high in ultra-processed foods (ex. fast food, highly processed snack foods etc.) Processed foods are often high in both fat and sodium.
I am 99.9% vegan.

Hi @Anahita_2005 though I'm not vegetarian but I (my family) eat lots of vegetarian dishes at home especially curries, like eggplant and peas curry, green beans curry, cauliflower curry, potatoe curry...the list goes on and not just curries I love veggie stir fry and salads, grilled and steamed veggies!
Sorry I couldn't choose of a favourite dish, maybe veggie stir fry or grilled veggies...can't choose, but here's some pics of some mouthwatering vegetarian dishes.
