New Yearโs Eve celebration had passed and now we are in the early 2022. It is time for another new Art Challenge ๐ช and welcome a healthier lifestyle!
Make your special healthy drinks such as fresh fruits๐ฅ๐๐ juice or any detox drinks and then share with us the photo of that drink(s).
Every participant who submit their original* entry will receive the following badge**.
That's not all. We have a bonus! Participants who posted their drink recipe (including pictures showing the process) will stand a chance to win 30 gold bars for your choice of Kingโs game (except COTR). We will pick three (3) lucky winners for the gold bars.
This challenge will end on Monday, 31 January 2022 at 16:00 CET. Terms and conditions apply.

My mother and I make healthy soup (also healthy meals) on our morning together. The healthy soup doesn't artificial preservatives, colouring, flavours, sweetener and more. ๐ฒ๐
Then we tastes it so yummy and healthy. ๐๐ฒ
After we drink a lot of healthy soup on our morning and noon. ๐
Anyway, we can make healthy meals mostly and soups often day by day. So we always keep healthy and happy. ๐

Jahe Rebus/Bandrek
Sipping a warm drink while relaxing on a cold evening is a great way to warm up. One of the drinks to choose from is bandrek. This Sundanese spiced drink is not only famous in Indonesia, bandrek is also famous abroad because it is efficacious to warm the body and relax. With the basic composition of ginger, cinnamon, and cloves, bandrek can be made clear or added with milk to make it sweeter.
Ingredients
Water - 500 ml
Ginger, roasted and then bruised - 80 grams
Brown sugar, finely sliced - 75 grams
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cloves - 4 grains
Cinnamon - 6 cm
Pandan leaves, knotted - 2 pieces
Salt - a pinch
Step
1,Burn the ginger on the stove fire then crush and peel the skin.
2,Put all the ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until it boils and the aroma of spices comes out.
3,Remove and strain.
4,Ready to be served warm.
