    Same here, Jelly game has no sound, for more than 2 days.

    me too, turn the volume MAX but no sound played through it is still turned on.

    I thought my computer or website encountered a problem :v Luckily you posted it!

    Meanwhile, have you tried playing on a incognito tab? There are also some troubleshooting steps HERE 😊

    No sound on Candy Crush Jelly on home PC Windows 10. Worked fine up until 4 days ago and now no sound at all. 3/18/2022

    Same for me. I did turn the sound off once but when I tried to turn it back on, nothing! I've tried three browsers. The computer sound is up all the way.

    As of 4 or 5 days ago, there is no sound, like others, when playing Candy Crush Jelly. What can be done to fix this?

    Thanks for the feedback, however its a no go for me getting sound. I assume that must be the game. Others on fan page on fb are agreeing, there is no sound in Jelly game. Thank you for sending to Jelly Lab, hope to hear good news soon😊
