Hi there,
Each time you send an email regarding the same issue to the Support, it would be treated as a new enquiry, thus, delaying the process.
If I could recall correctly, you only need to send your enquiry to the Support once. They will send you notification in your email to refer to the Community if the issues are relating to the game such as not able to pass levels, events missing etc. and other issues that they think the Community is able to provide. They will be able to process your enquiry regarding purchases/refunds depending on your case. To follow up on your original enquiry, do watch out for the instruction on how to reply them in their email.
I'm not sure the reason they block your email/messages/post unless you have spammed their inbox?
