1. Open this game
2. Select Profile
3. Select Log Out then Close the app
4. Reopen the app then Log back in to your profile (don't play first) and finally Open the game (can play now).
Also check that you have a stable internet connection or a strong WiFi signal. You might want to see if your Internet Service Provider is experiencing any current issues.

Hi lim .I tried what you suggested. I lost all my progress. The challenge is not on. I had to reregister my account. Lost my boosters as well nowππ. I think it's something wrong in the game. Because, someone else had the same issue in the last graw a pet challenge as well. I did too. I had to start all over again. Then. I finally managed to finish the challenge then. Try playing a new level. After completion, you should have the event again. If that doesnβt work, please make sure you have your game updated as thatβs usually the reason why the event either disappears or just doesnβt appear at all.

Hi Eothegr8. I tried it yesterday it didn't work. I lost all my progress instead. I had to reregister my account again. My app 's all up to date I checked them everday. This happened in the last graw a pet challenge as well. But then, it came back. So, I managed to finish the challenge in the time frame. It, this time it hasn't come back. π«πͺπ
