Thank you for your feedback. To clear things up, nothing is broken. We've tried to make the transition smoothly, but tech doesn't always work the way we would like. Sometimes we need to take chances and risks to make quick improvements. It was a huge risk making the foundation go live. A lot of things happen in the background, and players don't get to see it, so it's normal for users to have a different perspective and might not agree with what's happening right now.
It was working fine, but we had no control over it, which meant we couldn't provide the best service to all of our dear players. Now we can manage it and make changes in a way more efficient way. Nothing is perfect, and it will take time. Like any release, there are many versions until it hits the final one.
Usually, testing in the background takes years, but this time it's like all players are a part of it—testing, reporting, and working together with us.
Changes are always a complex topic because it takes everyone out of their comfort zone. It takes time to adapt and adjust. It's normal. It's not easy for everyone, but if we work together constructively, the transition will happen in no time, and all the feedback provided will helps us.
We are still adjusting settings to provide the best user experience for all players across all devices, so thank you for your patience, and we appreciate the concern and feedback.

@Minatozaki I can appreciate what you are telling us but right at the present things seem unfriendly and uncomfortable. Hope things work out... I really find the stats annoying, I cannot see what the badges are for. There really is no interest in a players profile anymore except whether they have it private or not. What happened to our statements at the top of our profiles? I had the same one for years. Why do I care when someone was active last? I post when it is convenient. I am here to discuss Candy Crush Saga, the new levels and to meme with other players.
I am not liking what I see. What is all this Legendary Candy Crusher stuff that is popping up as I have no idea who you are talking about?
